Hello guys.  I wasnt exactly sure what this term meant so I posted it on the main board.  Thanks Liz for inviting me to join.

My BMI is 39 so I barely make it, but its exciting and amusing to know I am a light weight!

I look forward to getting to know you guys.  My VSG is going to be Sept 16th.

Welcome and glad you joined us. We love having new people around.

So you are going for the sleeve? So is my dh. I need a bit stronger surgery (okay a lot stronger) in that I am heading for a DS.

Hi - welcome!

I'm new, too.  It's so nice to read stats ---- LouLou post above here with a few pounds to hit goal and it's been 7 months.

I cannot wait!!!!!

Hello and Welcome!

My surgeon referred to me as a lightweight before surgery, I could have fainted.  Never had I ever been called a lightweight before.  :)

I barely made it too but I am so glad I did! I have gone from 193lbs to 117lbs. I am 5ft 1 1/2. They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger....I am living proof! All the comorbids I had prior to surgery are gone! Best of luck to an awesome journey! Welcome to the family! May you be blessed as you begin your journey.
