Is it okay to guzzle???
7 months out, one of the perks is ablt to drink more than a few ounces. It's in the 90's and I am thirsty! So I can now drink 3-4 big gulps of water at a time. I'm pretty excited about this development. One of the things I missed was the ability to take in a lot of water. Is this normal at this stage of the game. I don't have any ill effects from it!

Go for the gusto but if you get too much and it hurts, slow down just a little. Hydrate as best you can in this heat.

It's been 100 here today. I went out at 9AM and it was already 88 by my car's temp gauge. This is one of those days I wish I had my own swimming pool.

I can guzzle too - but try not to, because it'll hurt my pouch after a bit.... But it IS nice being able to drink a glass of water in a small amount of time.
