Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

I'm home for a minute then have to go back to work. Got some my labs back today

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and another protein coffee (30g)
S - Atkins bar
S - ham and cheese cubes
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
S - 3/4 Rockin' Roll bar
D - salad w/chicken salad
S -

MILES: 4 - 15 minute walks (8,063 steps)

VITAMINS:
morning batch: done
zinc & C: done
3 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: almost done
bedtime batch: pending

Most of them that came back were good. Now I have to figure out the anomalies. DH and I think there is a lab error on my triglycerides they came back almost double what they were 5 months ago. I mean, a person usually doesn't jump from 98 to 174 in 5 months. My AST went under 40 to 38, which is good, but my ALT went up to 96 from 86, which is not so good. D3 is 75 and calcium is 9.2 but PTH isn't in yet.

Another pound bites the dust! I had a great workout this morning and am in a wonderful mood today...let's hope the kids don't act up and ruin it!

B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/1.5 cups coffee
S: 1/2 C 1% cottage cheese
L: 1/2 pouch tuna w/1tbs FF mayo, 1 Wasa cracker
S: RTD Pure protein shake
D: 2oz scallops
S: Celery w/1tbs PB2

Cal: 638, Fat: 9, Carb: 28, Prot: 109
Vitamins: Done, Water: 5 cups so far, Exercise: 45 min wak/jog on the treadmill, 20 minutes weights, 20 minutes floor/core exercises

Hey Roz!!  Boy - I was anxiously waiting this!  I've already eaten most of my food I brought today!  Been up since 3am - working screwy shifts again. 

Weight holding at 125

B - 2 protein coffees and a regular coffee and another 20 oz gas station coffee (trying to wake up!)
S - double protein drink
S - cashews
L - 1 piece of pizza
S - atkins bar
S - piece of WASA bread
 D - 2 pieces of pizza and 2 beers (oops)

son brought home corn on the cob - will probably have one of those later. 

Vits:  Yep, but forgot Prevacid - how do I DO that???
Water:  working on it'

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

3 am....WOW and a Double WOW for all of the coffee!  You are going to be spending the morning in the bathroom...lol

I brought tuna for lunch and then they all decided to get Burger King.  I think I should have stuck with my tuna feeling really sluggish.

Yea Burger King does that to me too.  I considered it today, but didn't get it.
