Thighs?

For those of you that exercise regularly, what do you do for you abductors and adductors? My legs are very strong and muscular now, but my inner thighs are bothersome. I don't go to the gym, I have a small home gym and I was actually thinking about getting the old "Thigh Master" for my inner thighs. I know the droopy skin won't go away, but I want to tone the muscles as much as possible. Any ideas of exercises or has anyone tried this product?

 Love rollerblading -  works those EXACT muscles !!  ( also creates a lift and separate  inner girdle for the droopy  BUTT ) 

 What  works the annoying bits of "knee fat " off is Dr. Scholls flip flops - the wooden bottomedtraditional kind U have to grip with Ur toes .  I suspect the toe gripping does the trick but its the ONLY  way  I know to tone that area up .... and a little goes a LONG way ...

 If U buy rollerblades I strongly recommend buying MENS ones - the  bearings and wheels area LOT better for the same money !  Ull be a happier skater !!

Thanks! I do love rollerblading, and lately I have done it at kids' birthday parties, but not on a regular basis. I'll look into that.

Shannon, I have been meaning to tell you, you look fantastic!  I know we aren't supposed to compare, but you are way ahead of me...and I feel like I am doing great, but have another 33# to go!

and you have both lost more than me so I am trying not to be jealous,lol. And my surgery was before both of yours!

easy, smeasy=all you need to do is get a horse..

but if you cant do that;  putting a softish ball (like the big red playyard balls) between your thighs and doing squeeze reps, works.

the elastic bands are cheap and great for all sorts of resistance work.  pull in for inner thigh, out for saddlebaggage

but-get the horse-loads more fun
why buy the cow when you can sell the toaster

I will try the ball thing...I have kids so there are balls all over the yard. I'll tell my husband we need to buy a horse for my thighs. I'm sure he will love that one!

 LOL !!! I cant WAIT to get  his house on Long Island  and do a thoroughbred rescue !!!!( a long cherished dream actually )
