Holy crap! I went to Kohl's with coupon in hand to buy a pair of shorts since I only have 1 pair that still fits. I first picked up a pair of 10's--too big; a size 8--too big; and are you kidding me? A size 6 fit!!!

It might be vanity sizing, but I've never, ever worn a size 6, and it wasn't just 1 pair of size 6 that fit, most all fit. Crazy!!!

Go to the Junior sections - they have the smaller sizes. I do find some 4's at Kohls but have better luck at Penneys. I also find a lot of my 4's at thrift stores.

Its funny because while we had a hard time finding bigger clothes that fit, now we are having the same issues with the smaller sizes, but I don't mind at all!

Lot's of size 4s in the thrift stores. It's been so long since I have bought new clothes that when I see the prices I can't believe it. I pay $5 for a pair of jeans that new cost $50. I can (and have) buy a whole new wardrobe for $50.

I've been pretty lucky in getting some deals in the regular stores, but I think I'm going to have to hit the thrift stores soon because I'm running out of smaller clothes that I had in storage.

I'm with you Ladytazz. After being introduced to thrift stores, I can't imagine buying many clothes new now. And you're right, lots of selection in the 4s and 6s.

Congratulations, Kim!!!! Don't buy too many 4's, because you will soon be in 2's and even 0's. We have similar stats, and about 2 weeks ago, I bought a girl's size 14 pair of jeans at Target for 9.99. Some of my size 2's are almost too big, and some 0's are too large.
