I get together with girlfriends to enjoy the Oscars every year and dress like we're actually attending the event. So tonight's the night and I can't wait to put on my fancy gown that's a size 10 instead of a 22.

So if you haven't any plans for this evening, makes some. Enjoy the Oscars with your friends too!

Skinny Jeans, thick red cotton sweater and black UGG boots. The house I'm going to is open architecture in a house that's on a hillside facing the bay. It's always cold! I'll choose warmth before fashion tonight.

WOW! Y'all have DONE IT! I have my RNY on 2/28/2012 (this Tuesday) & I cannot WAIT to be re-born! =] I'm no****ching the Oscars although I adore them... maybe next year when I'm skinny! I get so envious of all the $ & skinniness, I end up getting depressed. I saw The Ides of March, The Descendants, & The Artist. Adore George Clooney; LOVED Ryan Gosling in Ides; but I have a feeling the delightful Artist is going to sweep. BTW I'm wearing my flannel pajama bottoms with ice skaters on them & a Mystery Science Theater 3000 t-shirt size men's XXL! But next year... xo GG
