What are you guys using for tracking?

Hi all,
What are you guys using for tracking--food, measurements, exercise, etc.

I would like an option I can use with my i phone, so I downloaded myfitnesspal.com.  It doesn't have very many catergories for tracking measurements though and doesn't let you track fluids very accurately.  But it has a huge database of foods. Then I'm tracking weight out here and there, it seems redundant.  Than I've been using a paper journal the Nut gave me for the first few days until I get on board with an online and Iphone tracker.  I wish Obesity help had an iphone app then it would all be good.   

Suggestions?

I track on my fitness pal, weigh****chers and on Roz's post daily. My fitnesspal is where I get all my totals and is easy to use on my iPhone.



When I was early out, I did my fluid tracking on there, but also did it on paper. These days, since I can drink more at a time, I have a 32 oz water bottle and make sure to drink at least two of those daily. In summer I will try to drink 3.



Sounds like you are doing great!



I track my measurements on my iPhone under notes.

I did use Livestrong Daily Plate until just recently, then I bought a Fitbit and switched to their tracker. I believe they do have an iOS and Droid app, but as a Blackberry user, I have to do it via my browser. I did find that their database of foods was not as large as DP's, but I can live with that to have it all integrated.
