Question

Ok so I am 7 days out and i am doing great i would say other then that i do feel hungry and i never get that being full feeling..???
I am scared i am sipping to fast or might eat to much at once because my pouch wont tell me anything. I had no problems at all so far  what can i do about that? Seems like i dont get the feeling of being full and i dont wanna strech my pouch??

What are you eating? and how much are you drinking?

 I am drinking about 40oz a day plus a protein shake . 
Today I ate 2 soft boiled eggs (eat them wit a spoon liquid inside)  and 1 youghurt  and still sipping on my water lol

I didn't eat solids for six weeks. Had a strict program and I didn't sway too far. VSG. Are you on anti- acid Rx??? Sometimes it's acid mimicking hunger. Keep on sipping and not gulping. Good luck!!!

Your pouch has not had time to heal so you won't have the feeling of fullness that you will get later.  Please be sure you are weighing and measuring everything and following your surgeon's guidelines.

It is so important to measure your food in the beginning because you don't feel full or if you to it is too late.  we were on 1/4c for ages.  Your pouch doesn't have a scale so measuring is best in the beginning.  Stick to your plan and measure you food and you will be fine.
