Walking and loving it...

Still Pre-op and waiting patiently. 

Yesterday I couldn't walk as I had a guest in my treadmill room (aka spare bedroom) and I feel like I suffered all day.  I dragged and dragged and just couldn't seem to get myself out of a funk.  Yeah...I didn't turn to food...but it sure was a grey day... 

Thank goodness I was able to walk this AM.  I seem to always have much more energy and a better outlook after I get my morning exercise in. 

I love myself and I can't wait to see the doctor on Dec 4th.  Please...Please...Please...let me get approved for surgery. 

Down 15.5 lbs...only 4.5 to go...by the 4th???  I hope so...lol

It is great that you are preparing yourself for your journey!!  Keep up the great work.

Exercise makes everything better, at least for me.  Can't do anything but walk since my eye surgery for another week but I plan on heading out tomorrow.  good for you to get a jump on being healthy.

Sounds like you are doing great. Exercising really gives me energy and gives me a positive attitude.

Good luck on your doctor's appointment. It sure is exciting.

My journey is going fine. It is slower than I expected but I think I have come to terms with that. Had one stall for three weeks.

But now the scale is headed down again. I can't wait until summer to see where I am at.

Good luck with the approval!! i've had it with insurance companies...it is like catching wind sometimes!! :))
