Working on my intakes...
So...day four and water is delishous...not cold or hot...but room temp (well it is winter and it is cold in the house)...got down 32 oz of water so far today...started at about 4:30 am cause I just couldn't sleep anymore..fixed 16 oz of Unjury chicken protein powder as chicken broth and got down about half...I will save the other half for later tonight. Now I would like to try something on the sweet side so I will try a plain vanilla protein shake with SF caramel flavoring...see how that goes down....

Sounds like you are doing super. Just keep sipping, walking and resting. I did better with room temp or warm in the beginning and cold stuff still makes me cold.
