Hi everyone,

sorry I didn't write in a while . Got a new job since beginning of December  what is good the bad thing is I catch myself to often not eating at all until 12pm ;( I have my 6 month bloodwork next week so I will now  what I have to improve. Started going to the gym yesterday  and omg I barely can  walk today my thighs hurt so bad lol tomorrow I will go again but focusing on my arms lol I am down to 156 lbs and feeling great. Best decision in my life to get this surgery, I hope everyone is doing good?!

sorry you are sore but good for you getting back to the gym.  It really is helpful both with skin tone and maintainance as well as the losing phase.

Just concentrate on getting your liquids and protein in (vits and mins) and don't worry so much about food.  As long as you are staying hydrated and keeping your levels up, you are fine.
