I find it great to read all of your stories and comments and would like to make some friends to help me along on this journey.  Hoping to have surgery first week of march.

Welcome.  Hope your surgery date comes through.  My tip would be to lose as much as you can during that 6 mos to 1 yr honeymoon phase.  Plan what exercise you will do and start to break some of your bad eating habits while you are waiting.

Welcome!!!  We love newbies on this board!!!!!   The LW board has been my only support system and practically everything I know I have learned on here.  There are a bunch of great posters on this board.  It's strange but when I want to share something my LW's are the first people I think of.

Welcome to the LW Board.  Hope you will stay on the boards with us.  This is my only support since my surgeon is 4 hours away.  This group has always been very supportive and has great advise.

Good luck with your approval.

I would try to exercise some, even if it is just walking a short while.  Try to get your body in the best shape you can before the surgery and get ready for the ride of a lifetime!!
