Somewhere between 124 and 125. Back up but understandable, I got no walking done last week and had to sit in training all week.

Yuck to being in training all week. Makes it hard to stay in a routine. And walking helps you.

this bouncing is killing me.  I had 2 meals this whole past week that had any amount of carbs in them at all and still I am bouncing.  All of you that stay the same week after week, my body just isn't acting that way.  Oh well, I am going to keep on keeping on, just would like for it to be around 129 instead of 133.

I did read an article this morning about weight loss when you are already small and already exercising.  It explains why I am having such a hard time losing.  I guess I need to pull out the scale again, food scale, that is, and make a science of it.

Sorry you are bouncing. I know that you stay active so yes, getting your food scale out might help.

I haven't posted in a while so I have no clue what I last posted.  I could look back but I know I've gained so here goes:

I was 138 yesterday.  I had gotten higher and am hopefully coming back down now.

This is so much harder than the losing phase!!

Yes, Linda...maintenance IS much harder. We tell newbies that but heck, we didn't realize how hard it was ourselves until we got here.

Glad you are headed back down.
