Two barbecues in one day.....

was not an excuse to overeat yesterday. Hurray! Even though we had company for over 12 hours yesterday, the stress did not get to me. I was able to take appropriate portions and not make myself sick. I also continue to have a string of a week of not eating junk in the evenings after dinner. One evening I slipped, but I was able to get back on track immediately.
