Can you believe its February 1st already? Didn't we just have Christmas?

Kids started semester 2 at school today, so its a great day for me to get back to the gym and recommit to myself!

B- Edge protein cereal with unsweetened almond milk. (tried something new today)

S- Apple and Peanut butter

L- Protein shake (gonna switch it up to lunch today and see how that goes)

S- Almond date roll

D- Chicken skewer
