Post Op Diet
I hope to do this by 3 months.
this will be my first mini goal !!
With the help of the surgery I should hopefully have lost 50 pounds by the end of the year. :)
I'm almost there, I'm hoping to be there by christmas this year..
Clock starts 2/9/09. Success!!! Forty five days behind my 90 day goal, but I have perservered!!!
