I've smoked for over 30 years, but I want to lose weight and end the addiction more!
I have not had a cigarette since February 15
I quit for 2 years started back my goal is to quit before my appt in Feb!!!
i need to quit smoking for the upcoming surgery... and well my quit date is june 15th
Stopped officially 3 days ago!!!
On the 14th I put on the patch and that was it! I'm a non smoker! 14 days!
02/19/09 it has been six days no smoking...:)
I have to quit smoking 2 months prior to surgery. Saying my prayers cause i NEED this so bad.
I found the OH site on the 2nd of Jan in the hopes of WLS. First, I must quit Smoking!
