Under 200 pounds by July 2008. We all can do it. I look forward to purchasing a new suit for the lake. I have not seen the scale under 200 pounds in years.I think about ten years ago to be specific. What it will feel like? I can't wait. :)

I haven't weighed under 200 lbs since the 1980's!! My kids have never seen me at this weight...198!!! 5 mos since my lap RNY!!!

I have just joined this forum and had VBG in 1999 and went from 362 to 232 then gained 20 pounds back. I ultimately want to reach 165 pounds.

Yeah, I made it-the scale said 199.8! I painted my toe nails then took a pic looking down at my feet and the scale. What a wonderful day indeed.

i started exercising and eating right on the 8th of this month i cut out fast-food,soda,sugar ,alcohol,and fried foods.
