My town has a lot of 5K walk/runs, so there is a constant reminder. By continuing to walk more and more I will be closer to completing this.
When I do this, it will be the exercise goal I will have ever accomplished.
The last 5k walk I did was with my daughter in May 2010. I came in dead last. Don't want that again!
Specifically the Komen for the Cure event.
