I want to eat healthier and start exercising more.
As I have had health issues this goal is very important to me.
On my 6th anniversary of RNY surgery, after initially losing 120 lbs. I have gained back 58
I have gotten lazy with not exercising & I have gained about 30 pounds back I need 2 lose it now.
I want to get up earlier & start my morning with exercise & a protein shake
