join a yoga class with my daughter. get out on the weekends with my family and be active Get up in the mornings with my daughters so I have time to exercise between getting them off to school and getting the boys off to school
Currently I am up to 2-3 times a week and I want to extend the days I am exercising.
I can't wait to do this without aches and pain
