I had a setback and was on bedrest for a few months. Now I have to start over.
I will make it my goal to walk, bike, go to gym, or do one of my exercise videos at least 3x's week
I started yesterday and WOW I was only made it 20 minutes and I was dying!
I want to go 2x a week to the gym and do 30mins at home per week minium.
I walk my dog atleast 2 miles each day and try to get a firm dvd in 3 times a week.
i need to find motivation to get this done. i would love to do water arobics.
