Diet, and exercise
I am so sick of Plus Sizes. I have pretty clothes but the extra pounds aren't pretty.
My first goal is to get below 200 pounds, which will be my half-way mark.
I haven't seen that number in a while! I am ready to be there! The healthy way!
I remember weighing right at 199 over 10 years ago and I looked smoking hot...
This will be my ultimate goal, less then half my weight!
