Central Valley OSSG was formed in 2000. We are in the process of new transitions. One of these is a new facelift and name change. We have graduated to "Making Lifestyle Changes".  As all groups go we have had our share of low attendance and standing room only. CVOSSG was one of the founding Chapters with OH back in the day. Now with their help we are able to extend our hand to all those that so desire to join this group.
