My Journey of a lifetime started May 16, 2007
I am halfway to my goal. For 42 years of my life I have been overweight.
I understand the fear, frustration, failure and loneliness of being overweight.
In 2007 I made a decision that it was Time To Be Me!
I found that the best tool for me was the Lap Band.
My son and daughter had the RNY years ago. Both look wonderful and are doing great. I was able to see the transformation each went through. Now it was my time. Just as I watched my children transform, I look forward to helping others.

I would love to have you join our support group and together we can change our lives and health for the better.
