I've been away for quite a while

Wow, other things have taken me away from the buddy site.  Life gets super busy and I took a back seat to my successes.  Family and work overwhelm me at times.  A couple of years ago, I was working too many hours.  I have scaled back to just full time and not signing up for available shifts. 

Family is harder to scale back on.  My in-laws are both affected by dementia and need more attention.  I plan to be online as I am able.  Take care bariatric buddy group.  One day at a time, one sip at a time.  Kathy
