Doesn't seem possible
Jan 14, 2011
When people said that this surgery would change my life, they certainly weren't kidding. I knew it would change my physically, that's a given.......and was more than happy in accepting that fact, but as someone recently told me....i didn't expect the "LITTLE DIVA" that came out as well. And that's not in a negative way , but was said in way of being more forthwrite in going for what I didn't really think i ever wanted but discovered along the way.As of today, I finally finished my one year journey to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. What a feeling. It's now time to pay this wonderful gift forward and help those who want to make some changes in their lives.
I'm hoping to be a positive example, and furthermore be able to relate to those who are still obese, mobidly obese, sedentary, and struggling with nutrition. I've been there, and I think that's the best thing that I can offer. Experience. We all meet those personal trainers that know the "book fitness". And we all need those people in our lives, but I remember looking at them and saying to myself "you have no idea what I'm going through, you've never been fat". Well I hope to change that, and finally tell someone "I've been where you've been, and I understand".
