Well, I am feeling better since my last post.  Still eating crappy, but after Christmas I am going to start implementing steps to prepare me for my new lifestyle.  Give up the diet soda, switch to decaf coffee  ( how on earth am I going to do THAT one), cut out all junk, etc.  

I am on my last 2 packs of antibiotics to clear up the H Pylori bacteria in my stomach.  I am going to EGD on January 6.  Had my sleep study - results were mild apnea.  Not going to do anything about that right now - I really believe that taking this weight off will cure that.

I am hoping for a late March/ early April surgery date!! 

Time is moving really slowly for me regarding having to get through 6 months of whatever to satisfy BCN.  I was feeling SO happy and upbeat after my consultation at Dr. Kole's office.  Now I am feeling like it's really not ever going to happen - that I'll be denied...

AND I am eating horribly.  I go to see the dietician on November 18.  Hopefullly I can get myself under control and find some sort of happy medium.   I am going to have to give up the caffeinated coffee and diet soda - but I figure I would work on that the first of the year.  My 6 months won't be up until March or so....depending on which month counts as my first month.

Blah!

Thursday morning at 9:00 is my appt at Dr. Kole's office.  I am hoping to find out exactly where I stand as far as getting on with it!!  (as far as me getting RNY).
