I hit 280 today

I have been working out very hard the past few months.  I train BJJ at least six hours a week as well as lift three days a week, train cardio twice a week and have been riding my mountain bike between 20 and 30 miles a week...I am getting a little tired but starting to see results again.  I hit the 280lb mark the other day which puts me down 90lb from my highest.  I just wanted to share a few pictures from our last ride, 20 miles of good times.
