Down 34 lbs!!!! (only 3 weeks after surgery)

I just had to share my excitement!  I am now 239.6 and so happy!  Things are going a little slower since more foods are being incorporated into my diet - but still going fantastic!

I hope all out there are doing well and losing in a healthy way.  I wanted to also mention that I just started a support group for those residing in the Austin, TX area.  It's called ATXWLS or Austin Texas WLS.  I hope you will join if you are in the area.  My hope is to start in person meetings no later than January.
