From 271 to 236 - and only 4 weeks after surgery!

I cannot express my happiness right now.  I just uploaded another picture taken over the weekend and was shocked at the difference.  I guess I had not really "seen" myself in a before and after scenario yet and was shocked.   I will NEVER - yes I repeat NEVER get that high again in weight.  Forget vanity and looking good - that was just bad health.

I send much love out to everyone out there recovering from surgery, or are dealing with post-op stuff.  It does seem to get better and quicker than I could have ever imagined!!

By the way - I found a great low-carb store this weekend in Austin, TX.  It's called the Nutrition Store - located at 183 and Braker lane in the HEB shopping center.  I highly recommend shopping there - that's where I found my Carbquick and sugar free syrups.
