Craving madness

I am dying for a homemade grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup and or some Lipton garlic and butter pasta shells.  I got the fever!

I am almost certain I don't dump, and am seriously thinking of having some tomato soup, which has some really high sugar. I had raisins yesterday, and canned pinapple recently. This may get dangerous if I don't curb my enthusiasm.

I may have to call the nurse tomorrow and tell her to reprogram my brain or I am gonna go off road. Tonight I will chew my pillow.
