Cheating already?!

So my cravings are still here. More over, I have been solving them temporarily with little cheats. A few crackers instead of grilled cheese sandwiches, bagels with cream cheese, and cinnamon-sugar toast. I had a Jamoca Pie from Arby's a few bites at a time over a few days, and have bought a junior jamoca shake that I haven't touched yet. Is this a downward spiral at its birth? No no no.And I am not supposed to have bread yet either.
Fiber One brownies are my new comfort food too. I must adjust.
