So my hubby left for ntc for a month he left sept 20 and since then I went from 216.4 to 214.6 hhmmm idk weird I guess I eat a lil diff when he is not around mabe cause I always wanna look better for him when he comes home !! any ways IDK but it feels good to see the weight come off again !!! still have a loing way to go tell i hit the under 200 mark so cant wait though  more weight comes off the more energy I gots and the better i feel !!!
