Bouncing around ....up n down... ugh. I haven't been on in awhile. I haven't exercised consistantly for approximately 7 months now due to ongoing migraines and headaches. I feel desperate for some friendly help. My food is not the best. Not what it was. I'm feeling lost like I need a grip. I came back on and set up a new ticker. My goal from here is 37 pounds. that will put me at 160pds.
I have a yearly follow-up at docs. She wants me at the 160 mark. If I can get there, I will decide if I can get to 140. That is my ultimate. But I have another year (next Dec) til that appt. But want to start losing again...and feeling "full" and satisfied again. In control again. help?
