10 more pounds to go and I will have lost 100!

weighed in today and I am at 229lbs....from 319! I can't believe this is happening so fast. I used to read other people's posts and think yeah right but it has only been 4 months! I am stunned. I have noticed my hair falling out though lately and that is some scarey stuff!!
