I'm A year out know and feeling pretty good. finally made it to my goal of loosing one hundred pounds. I can't beleive the change it makes . I feel it was way worth it. Getting alot of warning though that it won't last everyone keeps telling me that everyone they know has gained the weight back. But I am determained not to be that person I don't think my body can take it if I do.  My health has taken a big turn ! Know if I could just get rid of those UTI's and kidney stones I would be really good.   I have to say though I'm glad it hasn't changed me or my lifestyle like I have seen some change too!  My husband is happy too lol ! The grandkids are happy too I can do alot more I never new how much I was missing out on setting on the sideline until know.  Good luck to you all in keeping up the good work and being healthy !!I  I get asked  all the time if I would do it over again and I say Yes it was the best thing I ever did for my self and I never did much,  always for everyone else. So know i guess I wish you all luck and continue the good work its worh it !!
