the food...the head hunger

Wow...I really had the munchies this eve.  I was so happy when it was close to bedtime (like now).  I've kept myself busy this eve with journeling and staying on OH though.  I caught myself wandering back and forth from the livingroom to the kitchen.  It was pathetic.  "What can I eat next?", I asked myself.  Oh, I stayed within my calories, etc...but the mind games we play with ourselves are so strong.  Eating out of boredom, watching tv...i'm learning to fill my time up more effectively to fight the mental games with food.  But, this is truely a process.
