stall

Yes, I'm preop and in a stall!  If I weren't under the supervision of my bariactric center, (in my past life) I would have eaten through the whole kitchen from the frustration of it all.  I haven't done anything differently.  I'm walking and counting calories, getting my protein first..etc....  I'm being pateint really...  I've maybe lost a pound ;-(  But, overall, I've lost 29.
