weight gain

well, I've been teetering back and forth by 2 pounds for more than a week.  Finally, yesterday, it was a steady 2 pounds more than I've been.  The only thing different that I've done is add protein shakes.  I'm exercising and counting calories.  Building muscle???  Well, it's just the way things are...  bummer...  I'll just keep doing what I've been doing and maybe cut the calories by a bit more.
