Protein Powders

Well, I've tried three Nectars...Cherry Twist, Truffle, Strawberry and Choclate..they are all good.  I also tried the NOW brand unflavored protein powder...it was great!!, mixed well in Fage yogurt and no grit..good quality.  Body Fortress and Pure Protein (these are blends) are good too and I flavor the vanilla anyway I want.  Of course I'm preop and I know my tastes will change, but for now...they are good.  Tomorrow Fuzzy Navel !!
