Well...I'm back into a GOOD walking routine.  The same one I had before my surgery.  One hour everyday (usually in the mornings) and I can get in 2.2 miles.  Hopefully this will give a boost to the scales and I'll see a little more steady weight loss.  I feel so much better too.  Knowing that you are doing something for yourself.  I did the RNY, now I need to keep exercising.  I hope it becomes I cross addiction, but I have a feeling that shopping might win out ;-)  We'll have to wait and see.
