Update!!!!

So I just got back from my 7 week appointment. I lost 32lbs since my appointment last month which means I am down 73lbs!!!   I was very excited to here that and I can't wait until my next appointment in February. I am now in the 300's which was awesome to see. Next comes the twos and then hopefully the ones lol. I encourage everyone to keep going and never stop fighting for the health you deserve.
