Went and did my first spinning class yesterday and LOVED IT!!!! It was amazing. My friend took me to her super lush gym on her guest pass (kinda puts my small gym to shame) and we did the class together.... too much fun. Then we walked 1/2 mile around the track to cool down and stretch out and spent 15 minutes in the dry sauna. AWESOME. I would really love to be able to spin three times a week, but my gym has only one spin class and it is at an inconvienent time. My husband asked if I wanted to switch gyms, (YES!!!), but her is also much more expensive. So, I will wait to see what the new year brings in terms of budget and make a decision in a month or two.Today, I am down to 182.0lbs. I am sure it will bounce back and forth some during the week, but it does feel good to see the progress. My official weigh in day is Friday morning, so I will not update my health tracker until that official day.
