No gym this morning.  My friend called late last night and needed a ride into work (thankfully he and I work within the same building) but it meant having to forgo my ususal morning gym routine.  I will have to find something at home to do tonight.

Let's recap my goal: lose an average of  2.5 lbs each week in order to be at goal by 4/18.  Last week I lost 5 lbs, which put me a little ahead of the game.  However, I am determined to still lose another 2.5 lbs this week and keep ahead of the game.  Last friday I was at 179.8, tomorrow I need to reach 177.3 to have lost 2.5 lbs.  This morning I was at 178.2 lbs.  I weigh in early tomorrow morning, so cross your fingers for me!
