Almost 1 year out

Hello everyone, I haven't posted anything in a while.  Although I do read everyone else's post and congrats to everyone!!
I was just wondering if anyone has seriously considered plastic surgery at this point or has had anything done, and if so, who in the Buffalo area did you go to?

I have lost 103 lbs so far!! Yeah me~~  and although my Mom is worried about me looking anorexic, I am just still amazed I am at this size, I have NEVER< EVER, been this size.....which is somewhere around a 6, I think, I really need to do some clothes shopping because all my 8's and 10's are bagging off me.......when we get our taxes back, I think I am gonna do a "CARRIE MAKEOVER DAY"  hair (which desperately needs something, anything done with it) nails, get the eyebrows done, mani, pedi, facial, the whole damn spa day , a massage, some new clothes, and a freakin bra that actually fits and lifts my poor sagging girls up off my knees. 
I think I deserve that, and my hubby does too!!  Gotta love him!!Then maybe a hot date for Valentine's day to show it all off.
I feel bad sometimes, because my teenage girls, although are happy for me, are feeling bad about themselves now.
Not that they are fat by any means, but maybe 20 lbs here or there.  And I don't want them to start feeling like they have to lose weight to keep up with me.  I try to explain to them that they are fine and young and all that.
I remember when I fitting into their size clothes was such a far fetched dream, now their clothes are too big.........
Just had for me to believe it still!!!
My neice just had RNY surgery with Dr. Caruana on 1/12, she had a few problems I think that were anesthia related afterwards, but is doing awesome now.  I don't know how much she has lost yet but she is up and around and walking and feeling good. 
But back to the plastics, I would appreciate any info on that.  I dont know where to post on the message board for our area.
I have read the overall message boards for plastics on here, but would like to talk to someone that has had the same docs and stuff.  Thanks in advance for any info!!
I am thinking about lower body lift? I can live with the saggy boobs as long as I can find a good bra, and my thighs look like elephant legs, they bother more than my panni, but......we will see, it will be awhile anyway, I need to find out if insurance will cover anything or what kind of payment plan or what the actual cost is gonna be.
