Week 16 - no love loss

Well - No love loss, nor weight for that matter.  But I am still happy. I think I'm still on track and keeping up  just no weight drop this week.  Which is to be expected as I lost a ton two weeks ago when I was ill.

Struggling with gym this week... I'm walking but not doing weights or planks... just not motivated, and I hate feeling so sore. I know it will be easier when I get used to it... but today I feel the struggle.
