Week 19 - looking Good and Feeling Great!

I am excited, not only am I fitting in clothes Id thought I'd never see again, I am getting complements now that make me feel great as well.
My Gym time is back in force, and I have now bumped my treadmill speed up from 2.8/2.8 to 2.8/3.8, so exciting. I also am hitting that pace for 30 minutes. YaY me!
I am also logging everything and adding protein back in so I can now hit that 100g of Protein.
I dropped into the 250s this week.... (258 to be exact) it’s been 3 years since I was this weight (my lowest in 5 years prior to that).
Goal for June is still to be 100 down, I think I’ll hit that earlier and may need to adjust, fingers crossed!
