Week 20 - DOWN 75 lbs forever!!!!

Okay - I think I'm excited! Just a little. I have been working hard at trying to get my weight down and doing the routines for exercise.  I am starting to love going again. Down 75 pounds!

What I'm struggling with is eating  enough protein, my NUT has raised me to 100g of it a day, where in the past I was at 80... Its been hard for me since I do not supplement much, mostly eat lean meats fish veggies some fruits etc.  I just don't like the shakes, bars, etc... so finding high protein stuff for tiny amounts of food has not been the easiest for me... Ill get there though... this too shall pass!
