Week 21 - Rough patch

So this past week I ended a long term relationship with my boyfriend... Its hard as he is battling something that has plagued him for over half his life. My heart goes out but the damage our relationship was inflicting was doing me more harm than good.

Much like my relationship with eating prior to VSG... SO I guess this year is a cleaning house and rebuilding year for me.

I lost 1 lb this week... didnt hit the gym often and was not eating well...

THIS week is a NEW week!!!
